BATHING
My mother always tells me “if you want healthy mind then never forget to take bath”.Mother’s are always right but i never took this activity in my daily life seriously during my work life.Actually I never care my body as I should. I had so many bad habits that needs to be changed But i learned from these mistakes. In indian culture early morning bath is very important aspect in life.
I started doing it again in the morning and also in the evening usually after daily exercise. I was trying to make this activity as an art. I had given my total attention to this activity and I am still doing it with the same passion. Bathing is not something that someone can teach us. All I want to say just take bath daily no matter what the life are you going through.
It is highly beneficial in all aspects of our life. It removes stress, negativity and increases the Productivity. It gives us better sleep, regulate our body heat and much more.Do it with your own style,Do it with Love, care and attention.
Respect your body. In India old wise people say “body is the temple in which all the power of gods lives. So let this temple be clean and pure in which we breath And embrace the power of god.

EATING
Again I want to quote my mother because these small principals I learned it from my mother. yes I never followed it until I realised the real value of these wisdom.So she said once to me “if you want to digest the food easily you must not forget to eat the food slowly”.
in these days many people are not aware how they they eat?they do not eat peacefully and slowly therefore many types of problems arises in their body as well as in the mind. As expert says There is strong connection between Digestive system and the mind.
The Question is simple. Why can’t I have good eating habits? why can’t I eat my food slowly and calmly? Why am I always in hurry while eating. I must promise to myself whenever I eat something I must watch how am I eating?I will ask my self is it right food for my body or I am eating this thing just for pleasure.
These are the simple question we should begin with. After some days of efforts I found this habit very useful to me. All my problems of indigestion gone and after many years I felt a different kind of energy in my body.

I think Reading is the greatest discovery in the human history. we can read, learn and act through that knowledge. Usually most of us don’t read these days because we are distracted by social media But there is no real wisdom for Personal growth in just scrolling the screen for hours.
Real learning comes through books. We must enquire how can I invest my time in some qualitative work in this moment? Take a book and just promise to yourself that you will read something daily from this book. During this time I will not use phone and simply I read.
I will do it with love and attention. If you are not a regular reader don’t forget to ask these things to yourself. Why can’t I read daily one page ? Why is it hard to read daily one page or page ? What are my distractions ? Can I give my 15 minutes to this activity?
Pick up any book you want to read and begin it. Just immersed in it and allow yourself to be free at least in this moment. Attention in each activity of our life must be the integral part of our daily living.
