Most of Us live continuously in an inward battle.The chattering Mind never Stops. More we analysis, evaluate and try to escape from it the stronger it becomes.There was a moment in my life when I become all alone in my mind.I realised someone can guide me from outside or motivate me but they can’t solve my inner battle.No one in this world can solve our inward struggle until our choice ends.

we have so many choices to forget our Pain and sufferings.We can drink or Seek Pleasure.We can find a guru or become a hermit.These things can’t be our permanent solution.More we search an escape the more we find the emptiness inside us. In this World very few People teach us how to face our inner conflicts without searching any escape.

Jiddu Krishnamurthy is one of them.There is always a question in my mind.Why can’t I change myself? But I never changed. Actually I never felt any urgency for change and When storm came it destroyed me completely. Life has challenged me with Two Options. Either I choose to suffer all my life or Go deeper in mind and solve each and every Problem of my life.

I had been the laziest Person the world will ever know.All my life I sought Pleasure. How can I choose to suffer by my own mind? So I choose I will Penetrate deeper in the psychological realms of mind and bring out the solution through questioning.I had nothing to loose So I begin the Psychological revolution. Self enquiry is based on questioning.Today we have answer for everything in fraction of time but why is it always hard to know some basic answers in our life. I Had so many question but I begin with one simple question?

Anger is an emotion inside me like other human emotions.

Then what is the problem with that?

Because I don’t know why do I feel angry with some words, some people, some group. When anger arises it seems like I can not control it. 

Yes it arises when someone makes fun of me or tries to insult me.

Do you know the Process how does it come?

Some words hurt me then a stronger feeling arises me to hurt back. Everyone says This is anger.

What are those words that hurts you?

When someone make comment on my physique or my make comment on my nature. 

Have you felt angry in the Past?

Yes from my childhood to this age. Its feels like this feelings has deeply wounded me and it has a long history.

Are you angry about everything or every time?

No it only arises when I triggered by some Repetitive experiences and that has a past.

Do you try to suppress it?

Yes sometimes I suppress it and sometimes I becomes unconscious in my anger.

Yes its like. Suppose one word hurts me that has a past then anger arises in me then I take some unconscious actions in that moment.

What should you do to break this pattern?

I Must give my total attention whenever the situation comes.

What would you do ?

I will listen the words with complete attention then watch the way anger arises.

No. I have to watch how it comes, why does it come and how it goes after sometime.

What if anger comes again and again?

I will keep on watching the whole movement of anger.

Do you feel it is working?

Yes because  now I can watch whole movement of  anger with total attention.i am getting angry because I don’t know why am I getting angry?

Do you control others?

I neither control others when they hurt me nor myself when I get hurt. I Just watch my patterns of anger.

Who is getting angry always?

My self image that has been built through my conditioning gets angry in certain situation.

What in one word is your solution?

When I am inattentive only in that moment I get angry. When I give total attention to words that is being said and to my own mind how it triggers the anger then I don’t get angry Because in that moment I am attentive inside as well as outside.I say “attention”.I understand Self enquiry has no end goal. We must know ourselves at each moment.Now is the answer for everything.

Hello Everyone. Anger has devastating results. It can ruin our personal life. It can gives us that wound we can’t forget.Anger is Psychological disease that just kill the vitality of our mind and life. We must enquire and ask deep question to us. We can solve our any problem and we don’t need anyone to know about oneself. Only we can know ourselves others will understand only on their conditioning. We must ask question honestly and whatever answer we find we must be honest with it. We must give our mind and heart to solve our Problems.
