The Fact is a wise person chooses stillness, while the unwise remain entangled in restlessness. This entire world is a manifestation of the unknown Power, and all Spiritual explanations point towards it.

True wisdom lies in discovering stillness within—only then can one be content with oneself and understand the play of the world with deep peace. Victory and defeat exist only within the limits of the mind, but that which lies beyond them is eternal.

True bliss is found in that stillness. Everything else—the joys and sorrows, the successes and failures—are just illusions of the mind.

To truly live with Stillness, inner order and transformation are essential. When we become still, life becomes beautiful. Those constantly caught in the worldly game are, in truth, only fighting with their own shadow.

Stillness is always with us—just like the sky that remains even when covered by clouds.

All sorrow is born of the mind—its habits, memories, and imaginations. Can we observe this, and let it all go? Can we forgive ourselves? Then the vast Stillness Of This sky becomes ours.

To know the truth, we must look within—not through words, but through direct experience.

A tree cannot be understood through its description—it must be seen. Music cannot be understood through language—it must be heard.

Stillness is subtle, silent, and beyond all words and thoughts. It cannot be imagined or bound by time—it lies beyond the mind’s reach.

It can only be seen through stillness and lived from the heart. That is why the most beautiful language is the one with no words, and the highest form of teaching is that which is understood in silence.

These reflections are not a cure for sorrow but a light in which we can see our own darkness.

When the noise of the mind ends, when all imagination and fear fall away, and we become whole within—then there is no need to think about stillness; we simply become one with it.We are The Stillness.

Like the leaves of a tree fall but the roots remain, truth is ever-present, even as the body and everything attached to it comes and goes.

Be still. Be still. Be still

Stillness exists beyond the limits of language, existing silently and subtly. It eludes the constraints of time and can only be grasped through stillness and felt within the heart.

The purest form of communication is the one that requires no words, and true teaching goes beyond verbal instruction.

These reflections illuminate our inner shadows rather than offering a solution to sorrow.

When the mind falls silent, and all fears dissipate, we merge effortlessly with stillness.

Just as a tree sheds its leaves but remains grounded, truth endures despite the transient nature of our physical existence. Embrace the tranquility.

Stillness transcends verbal expression, communicating silently and subtly. It surpasses temporal boundaries and can solely be apprehended through tranquility, resonating within the soul.

The most authentic communication necessitates no words, and genuine education surpasses mere verbal guidance.

These contemplations illuminate our internal obscurities instead of providing resolutions to grief.

As the mind quietens and anxieties fade, we seamlessly unite with tranquility.

Similar to a tree shedding its leaves while staying rooted, truth persists despite the ephemeral aspect of our material being.Embrace the calmness.

The essence of truth goes beyond words, silently connecting across time, understood best in peace within.

True communication needs no speech, and real learning is more than mere words. These reflections reveal our inner doubts, not solve our sorrows.

As the mind calms and worries vanish, we merge smoothly with peace. Like a tree shedding leaves yet staying grounded, truth endures beyond our fleeting selves. Embrace the stillness Within.
