READING

why can’t I eat my food slowly and calmly? Why am I always in hurry while eating. I must promise to myself whenever I eat something I must watch how am I eating?

EATING

Listening is an art. listen music and flow through it. Listen other human beings don’t judge them, don’t be ready to give conclusions or deviate them from the things that they want to share. It is a greatest skill that we must learn.
